Sahand Davarpanah ( Persian :سهند داورپناه ) (born Jully 11, 1985), currently known as his Rap Artist Stage name Sahand Quazi ( Persian : سهند کوازی) is an Iranian record producer, rapper.[1] He is the founder of Raplarzeh ( Persian : رپ لرزه) and 021 Clothing Which is the first Persian based hip hop record company and clothing company respectively.

Sahand Quazi was Born on July 11, 1985 in Aban Private Hopstial in Tehran, Iran . He Grew up in Tehran, Iran until the age of 15 where he moved to Orange County, California After Divorce of His parents. He attended to Canyon High School in Anaheim Hills,CA . He is of Kurdish And Azeri descent.
Sahand Quazi was first heard in collaboration tracks with Iranian Rapper Erfan, including being featured on the M4/Avang Music released album Az Khaneh Ta Goor being featured on two songs of the album.[2] Quazi was also featured as a guest on international popstar Mershad's album entitled cheshmak, Quazi performed the lead vocals on the song "Mano Del Divooneh" which broke out in the mainstream Persian market. [4] In 2008 Quazi released his first solo song entitled ham hameh, despite being banned by several television stations for showing the modern day Flag of Iran the song was well received with honors on YouTube and has since been collectively viewed a quarter million times.,[3] Which Puts This Songs As One of Hit Songs/Music Videos In Iranian Rap In a Los Angelas times article he mentioned that his music is "facing his own culture."[4]
Sahand Quazi Is Also The Founder of FarsiHipHop.com,[5] After Launching The First Iranian Hip Hop News Agency Raplarzeh Khabar (رپلرزه خبر) In The summer Of 2006 He decided to Launch an Iranian Hip Hop Social Network Website to Help Artists Inside and Outside of Iran.The Project Finally Went Live Available for Iranian Hip Hop Community In July 2009.
021 Clothing was founded by Sahand Quazi in November 2008, it is recognized as the "First Iranian Hip Hop Clothing line, to Help Jump start the Hip Hop Fashion in Iranian Hip Hop Scene." The clothing can be found in fashion stores within the city of Tehran. The designs has been featured in Raplarzeh music videos, including "Chalim" and "Ham Hameh" being credited as a official sponsor in the later video, both videos where directed by Ali Zamani.
Penned as the "first official hip hop record label within the Persian community", Quazi founded Raplarzeh records in June 2006, in July of the following year Raplarzeh began collaborations with Mystery4 and Avang Records to produce projects for the Persian and Afghan market, these included cameo guest appearances in music videos by Quazi including "Havato Daram" a international hit performed by Mershad. Quazi would also be featured on the album as a guest performer. By early 2009 Raplarzeh had established itself as a legitimate and important force within the Persian/Afghan music markets after being featured on a mainstream released album,several hit songs and three chart topping music videos. This was the time when Quazi decided to branch out and flew to Tehran to begin development for offices in Iran, currently in Iran alone there has been reports of at least thirteen members signed across the three different offices in Tehran,Mashad and Esfehan. These branches have been placed in support with the members within the United States and Europe.
